QSLed COPE Valencia 1296 OM

This time I have received a friendly e-mail from Valencia located in the East Coast of Spain. Some years ago I have heard the programme "La manana de COPE" with local breaks on the medium wave frequency 1296 kHz. Unfortunately they did not verify my report. When I started to use gmail, I tried to send a follow-up reception report to the several addresses.

Sometimes it seems to be useful to follow-up because... This Monday I received a reply by e-mail where the verie signer Mrs. Marga Soto told me they have greeted me on air. Aswell she told that the details are correct except one of them, I have spelled the name of the announcer wrongly. During the local break the frequencies 1296 kHz and 93.4 FM were announced. Aswell the famous supermarket company ''El Corte Ingles'' was advertised.

COPE Valencia has it's own website at www.copevalencia.es. At these days local Spanish stations on medium wave are pretty rare to catch. To be honest this QSL was my first private QSL from Spain.
